A great week of planning for our Powerfully You day at this gorgeous venue. We will be taking over the wonderful Monte Carlo suite in 2 weeks time - cannot wait 🤍

Behind the scenes, scouting spots for our @wemvision London debut this August and @angler_restaurant Rooftop gave us a lot to think about.

Tucked above the @southplacehotel it hits that rare sweet spot: Michelin-starred but not showy, elevated but easy. The terrace wraps you in views of the city, with just enough warmth, calm, and refinement to feel like a reset — even on a working day.

The food? Thoughtful, clean, and beautifully executed. Delicate seafood done right.

The roasted monkfish was rich and perfectly balanced — set against a silky cauliflower purée and the kind of anchovy cream that doesn’t overpower.

And the caramelised parmesan gnocchi? Pillowy, indulgent, full of depth softened by wild garlic and spring greens that made it feel just right for now.

Every plate was light but layered, generous without overdoing it.

Light-filled, intimate, beautifully paced — everything we imagine for a WEMVision afternoon. 🤍
